Scott (VA7LMP) and I (Larry VE7VJ) have been chatting on 2M SSB. They would like to see a few more people on SSB but aren’t interested in a net so are proposing a weekly 2M SSB ‘activity’ night . There will be no script or program. If you are puttering around the shack tune in at the time and frequency below. If someone else is on join in. If you don’t hear anyone, call CQ.
Day/time: Tuesday from 1900 – 2100
Freq: 144.200 USB to start. This is the calling frequency but as there is not a lot of activity we will stay there hoping people will hear and join in. If we have to move off we will be on 144.210 USB
Polarization : Vertical as most people have a vertical antenna set up already.
